INGREDIENTS

  • 50mL bourbon
  • 10mL sugar syrup
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • Orange and lemon twists for garnish

METHOD

  • Add bourbon, sugar syrup and bitters to a glass
  • Add ice to glass
  • Stir 5–6 times using a cocktail spoon
  • Garnish with orange and lemon twists
