For a month subscription, you can cancel anytime by contacting us via orders@whiskyrocks.com.au. You will be refunded the amount left less $20 cancellation fee.
After placing your order, you will receive your delivery via Australia Post regular parcel post, which takes 2-5 days, depending upon your location. If required, you can delay delivery by entering details into the Delivery Notes – e.g. for someone’s upcoming birthday. Thereafter you will receive your delivery around the same day of the following month.
If you ordered a subscription, your payment for the subscription will come out of your account on the day you order.
